What You'll Do:
• Provide high-level administrative support to an Agent, including managing phone calls, calendar scheduling, and coordinating travel.
• Maintain event tracking spreadsheets, manage internal databases, and draft important client communications.
• Assist with the logistics of client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Handle expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
• Collaborate with team members across , ensuring seamless communication and providing excellent service to both clients and colleagues.
