UTA seeks an experienced Account Manager who is proactive, highly organized, thoughtful, and detail oriented in providing top tier services to brand clients. As a member of UTA Roll Call, you will play a central role in bringing branded content partnerships to life at scale. The team unites brands with digital talent, guiding partnerships from concept to launch and ensuring campaigns deliver both cultural relevance and measurable impact across the creator economy.

The salary range for this role is $XX to $XX commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Provide best in class customer service to clients, both internal and external, throughout the lifecycle of branded content partnerships and campaigns
• Support the Strategy and Sales teams during the RFP response process to lend insights and recommendations tied to campaign execution
• Collaborate with Roll Call team leadership on various department initiatives to optimize process, and identify opportunities for team growth and innovation
• Act as main point of contact for assigned campaigns, internally and externally, for all post-sale processes including:
• Leading kick-off-calls with brand clients for alignment on final campaign objectives and expectation management around day-to-day deployment processes
• Facilitating processing of all brand and creator agreements with the support of legal, sales, client, and talent teams to ensure all campaign terms, deliverables, and requirements are accurately incorporated
• Creating and managing campaign timelines that adhere to cross-functional SLAs, ensuring all project components are delivered on time and within scope
• Developing and deploying talent strategy for campaigns including talent offers, terms, negotiations, and confirmations to meet campaign needs on target and on budget
• Collecting and organizing all required brand deliverables such as content guidelines, assets, requirements, talking points, etc. for delivery to creators via comprehensive campaign briefing materials
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout campaign delivery to identify and troubleshoot deployment challenges
• Monitor campaign performance throughout campaigns to ensure on-target delivery and identification of optimization opportunities
• Lead all data gathering and analysis processes in collaboration with the data team to perform report and deck building, insights gathering, and presentations to client partners both during campaigns and at completion
• Serve as day-to-day liaison to keep stakeholders (sales, talent, leadership, etc.) apprised of all campaign milestones, issues, updates, and relevant details
What You Will Need
• 5+ years of digital creator and/or influencer marketing campaign management experience
• Proven ability to manage and oversee client relations and properly prioritize to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing timelines, client needs, and process adjustments within a growing team and business
• Familiarity with social media platforms, their capabilities, and relevant content production processes (across social video, YouTube, and/or Live streaming)
• Knowledge of or experience in the Gaming/Esports space and/or digital advertising space is a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
