Associate Creative Director, Social

We're seeking a dynamic, social-first Associate Creative Director - a leader who can translate high-level brand strategy into culturally fluent ideas, storytelling, and creative execution that reaches audiences on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms. This creative must be able to direct and evaluate both copy and visuals, guide teams across disciplines, and confidently shape content from original concepts to adapted assets from existing media libraries.

You'll bridge strategic insight with engaging, platform-native creative that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and delivers measurable impact.

YOUR IMPACT
• Lead the creation of culturally fluent ideas that translate high-level brand strategy into platform-native content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Direct and approve creative work holistically - from copy to visuals to motion - ensuring best-in-class craft, strategic alignment, and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that connect brands to culture.
• Adapt and evolve assets from existing or legacy media libraries into fresh, scroll-stopping content optimized for today's formats.
• Inspire and mentor multi-disciplinary creative teams, fostering skills in storytelling, trend-spotting, and cross-platform brand building.

WHAT YOU BRING
Proven leadership in guiding multi-disciplinary creative teams, with experience mentoring both copywriters and visual creatives.
Deep understanding of social platform ecosystems - algorithms, trends, formats, and how to leverage them for brand impact.
Expertise in brand storytelling, short-form content strategy, and platform-native execution across words, visuals, and motion.
Ability to move fast and react to trends while maintaining brand integrity.
Comfort managing multiple campaigns across different industries while keeping creative work fresh and culturally tuned.
Hands-on creative skills - from developing strategic concepts to shaping the final visual and verbal output.
Strong instincts for what's shareable, watchable, and worth posting.
Experience pulling from a library of content to create new, engaging social assets.
