This is a Full Time Job
We are seeking a VFX Production Coordinator based in Los Angeles, CA.
This is a Studio side crew position for a heavy VFX multi-camera episodic show shooting in Toronto, Canada.
The position starts at the end of March 2023 and runs through the beginning of December 2023.
Responsibilities include:
Work in collaboration with the VFX Producer and VFX Supervisor.
Keep the show calendar up to date for meetings/VFX set days.
Organize and set up internal reviews.
Participate in all reviews, record notes, and distribute them to vendors.
Ensure the shot tracking database is up to date.
Knowledge of ShotGrid is required.
Knowledge of Frankie, is helpful.
The ideal candidate should:
Anticipate production problems;
Be extremely organized;
Have experience as a Coordinator in a VFX environment.
Working knowledge of FilemakerPro is very helpful.
