This is a Full Time Job
The font coordinator will work in a high-pressure graphics/live television, horse racing information and wagering environment and coordinates live graphics broadcast. Works to insure all graphics are accurate. Also edit for grammar, spelling and factual correctness in all graphic elements.
Essential Functions:
1. Coordinates all graphics for live show
2. Pre-build graphics for live shows
3. Spell and fact check graphics
4. Monitoring remote feeds.
5. Assist other graphics coordinator(s) during live show
6. Some operation of graphic generators (training provided)
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with computer and internet skills required
• Must be able to work well with others
• Horse racing knowledge a plus
• Detail oriented and ability to stay focused
• PhotoShop/Adobe Illustrator highly preferred
Experience/Training/Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED required. Prefer AA degree
Live Television Production experience preferred
1-2 years of Broadcast Graphics experience
