Graphics operator/designer, Account Manager

We are the leader in bug boxes and tickers for regional sports networks across the country. The job includes working with our clients to build their graphics look into our bug box and ticker systems. We typically use a clients after effects files to build animations and graphics elements. Experience is this area is very helpful.

We provide statistical and scoreboard integration, roster management for all sports and sponsorship capabilities. The idea candidate has some experience in some of these categories.

Our systems work in a live sports environment in productions trucks and master control. A working knowledge of both is helpful.

Part of the role will include trouble shooting with customers prior our during a live game where a customer may have a problem with a data feed from a clock, data from their statistical provider, data from a speed gun, new animation or sponsor integration. A working knowledge of any of these areas would be helpful. This role includes the ability to understand how to trouble shoot a problem while remaining calm if a customer is upset.

All of our business is in live sports so a good understanding of the rules and scoring of every major sport is very helpful.

We realize this is a unique position and we will not be able to find people with all the above qualifications. What is the most important is to have an ability to learn and retain knowledge so the applicant can be trained efficiently.
