Senior Product Manager

This is a Full Time Job

ROLE SUMMARY:

Directly manage small groups of Associate Product Managers and/or Product Managers
Create scopes of work and project budgets with client input
Be the main point of contact (POC) for client(s)
Manage project budgets and expenses
Develop project strategy with strong understanding of the product and community
Enhance quality of product, service, and broadcasts
Generate project reports, presentations, briefings, etc.
Plan and execute live events in various event locations and in our studios
Collaborate with sponsors and partners to create exciting brand opportunities around products, leagues, and ESL properties
Liaise with stakeholders, producers, and product managers across departments to host unforgettable events and competitions at the studio or other regional events
Oversee and guide marketing and social media strategies for projects
Coordinate and motivate TV and league operations around your product on a daily basis
Review and submit expenses and contractor / vendor payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
4+ years of experience in Product Management, Event Management, or a related field
Must have management experience
Must be able to strongly lead and motivate team
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and clients efficiently
Knowledge of esports, gaming, etc. is preferred
Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strong time management, multi-tasking, detail-oriented and problem solving skills
Must have a flexible schedule based around productions and events
