Talent Sourcer - 6 Month Contract
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support the team during a busy period for a 6-month fixed term contract.
As Talent Sourcer you will act as a partner to the recruitment team and hiring managers to proactively source and attract talent to Turner. As the first point of contact for many candidates you will be instrumental in attracting passive talent and building Turner's employer brand throughout the market. We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer with a proven track record of sourcing for roles at all levels.
What you'll be doing:
• Research and build talent pools for current and future roles, providing support for the Talent Acquisition team
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Turner
• Approach and screen candidates via email and phone
• Manage the recruitment of junior positions (when required) from taking the brief, candidate screening, shortlisting and offer management
• Provide feedback to candidates
• Represent Turner at careers fair and industry events
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects
What we're looking for:
Essential:
• Experience of talent sourcing within a search firm or in-house recruiting team. Agency sourcing experience would also be considered
• Ability to screen and qualify potential candidates
• Experience of using multiple sourcing channels, including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms and referrals
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer focused approach
• Confident relationship builder
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of media industry trends
• Excellent communication skills – must be able to confidently communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
• Fluency of a major European language
• Experience working in the media, technology or digital industries
