The Team
Brand Experience Photo Department Photo Library/Asset Management Team
Our Department provides photography services across all WarnerMedia business units. The Photo Library/Asset Management team keeps the photography team organized and running smoothly.
The Job
• Will be responsible for receiving (Accessioning) new photography.
• Ensure all new files meet our data standards
• Maintain the organization of cloud-based photo archive, DF Studio.
• Work with a physical photo archive library.
• Assist with project management administration tasks as needed in our project management system.
• Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management specialists on projects to keep the WarnerMedia Asset Management system (Brand Central) organized and up to date.
The Essentials
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are key!
• Proficient in basic desktop applications, MAC/PC, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of photo applications and Adobe Creative Suite.

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1st through August 7th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
