Senior Manager, Adsales Sea
Revenue and Opportunity Development
• Create a strategic, systematic, process-driven approach to partner prospecting and pipeline management and deployment, ensuring that the sales momentum on pitches as well as pace of pitch conversion meets the desired business outcomes
• Manage all aspects of the sales relationship cycle (prospect to contract and execution) to complete sales and partnership opportunities successfully
• Can decode a client's brief, identify assets and tools suited to that brief across the WM portfolio, develop and put forward a crisp and impactful pitch to secure the business & partnership
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - representing our brand ensuring that we build long term relationships with our partners
• Gathers market information and intelligence from a variety of sources in order to research for new opportunities.
Sales Fulfillment
• Has individual accountability on ensuring that the campaign is delivered at the qualitative and quantitative benchmarks set at the pitch stage. He/she works closely with Client Solutions as well as Sales Planner to ensure fulfilment, suggest improvements / optimisations
• With the team, resolves account / campaign issues quickly and equitably
Trade Engagement & Business Planning
• Continually engage the Ad Agencies & Advertisers at every level – making them constantly aware of Product enhancements, creative offerings & other opportunities
• Develop plans and execute all elements of successful Seasonal/Quarterly Roadshows for Ad Sales Clients (Ad Agencies & Advertisers), as well as annual Trade Shows
• Assists reporting manager with annual, quarterly and monthly sales Planning and Forecasts ensuring that the forecasts are true to market conditions
• Continuously evolve personal and professional capability in line with business needs
Minimum Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years advertising sales experience in Digital and Broadcast firms
• Proven Track record for ad sales success
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Management, Program or project management experience
• New Media Savviness
• Nurtures a rich, diverse network of Industry players
