We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to join our Paris office. The role's supports the Senior HR Manager (currently based in Rome) and works in close cooperation with the HR team in London to deliver HR operational and transactional services.
Please note this is a 6 months fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing:
Administration and documentation:
• Receiving paperwork from employees, e.g. sick notices, absence justifications
• Printing contracts/letters or other documentation created by the HR team in London
• Obtaining signatures, where required/requested by HR team or Sr HRM,
• Provision of local documentation to employees, such as certificate of employment, payslip copy
• Properly maintain corporate filing system, ensuring local legislation requirements are met,
• Communicate, scan, send, file all personal folders related documentation to the relevant HR team in London,
• Raising Purchase Orders (for HR, facilities)
• Follow-up of facilities budget
Hiring and Onboarding
• Liaise with schools, provide requested information s and complete dossiers for Interns/Apprenticeships, coordinate Apprenticeships hiring with AFDAS
Training & development:
• Maintain relationships with local training provider, and monitor budget vs spending
• Collate annual basic training needs and prepare training plan, in line with local French regulations,
Work Council:
• Organises the mandatory files concerning: Meetings Informal exchanges and the shared information with the Work Council
• WC meetings: docs invitations, filing tracking answers, distribute relevant documentation to the WC
• Ensure mandatory bulletin board are properly maintained and manage relationships with Work Inspector on behalf of the Sr HR Business Partner in his / her absence
What we're looking for:
• Previous HR experience in a specialist role,
• Knowledge of local working regulations,
• Highly organised,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Strong Excel and Microsoft experience,
• Language – English
