What Part Will You Play?
Super Deluxe is looking for a fearless HR Generalist to join an exciting team who is thinking out-of-the-box! In this shaping culture built around innovation, the HR Generalist is the main point of contact for the office and supports all levels of employees and management. This role will serve as primary Human Resources point person along with day to day office operations. The position requires a problem solver who serves as a business partner and guides all aspects of human resource initiatives for the client group.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Delivering HR services and support to Super Deluxe leadership and employee population.
• Implementing HR policies, programs and processes covering several or all of the following: recruitment, new hire on-boarding, employee relations, compensation, and discipline, benefits, and training and performance management.
• Responsible for communicating and informing business of HR initiatives, project management, and ensuring programs are aligned with culture of Super Deluxe.
• Managing and resolving Employee Relations issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment law and company policies.
• Will collaborate with legal team on high level ER issues.

What Do We Require From You?
• Minimum 4 years' experience within HR preferably in the Digital or Entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (PeopleSoft knowledge a plus). Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think outside of the box in order to fully support this creative environment.
• Strong project management, follow through, and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be flexible with proven ability to working within tight and fluctuating deadlines.
• Ability to deliver results providing day to day HR support and office management to a very dynamic client group.
