The Job
Compensation Analyst
Under direction of Compensation Supervisor, work closely with Compensation and HR Business Partners, providing analytical and operational support.
The Daily
• Responsible for supporting the Compensation function in researching competitive pay practices, incentive plan design, organization design, onboarding of new businesses, FLSA determination, new program implementation, annual compensation planning process, recommendations on ancillary pay practices and salary survey submissions.
• Provide analytical compensation support in the development of base and variable pay programs.
• Facilitate education on compensation principles, tools and practices to strengthen HR and business knowledge of compensation programs and processes.
The Essentials
• Minimum 2-3 years professional HR experience, with compensation focus.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably with Human Resources specialization) or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Strong analytical skills to research, evaluate, summarize and communicate data
• Solid communications skills a must (written, verbal, and presentation skills)
• Project Management
