The Team

The Production Operations team manages the moving parts required each day for a variety of productions, both in studio and on the road. We work on several shows with Turner Sports, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network, TruTV and multiplatform productions such as ELEAGUE, Bleacher Report and more. Our team oversees all of the resources that go into making a production happen: crewing, equipment, scheduling, and real-time show management.

The Job

We're looking for an all-star intern ready to jump into the thick of the logistics that are required for studio production. Be ready to:
• Print and distribute crew sheets
• Reconcile crew sheet times in our scheduling system
• PA on a shoot or act as audience wrangler during a show
• Set up tables/chairs/equipment for shoots and events within studios
• Assist coordinators with pre-production planning and post-production wrap of project details
• Assist with crew scheduling and logistics for upcoming projects.

The Essentials
• Passion for studio production is a must
• You will have opportunities to work on various productions, but most of your duties will be office based in preparation for upcoming productions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where tasks vary day-to-day
• Energetic and proactive self-starter
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to work 30-40 hours a week (limited nights and weekends)

Fall 2019 program dates are September 16 th through December 6 th . Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students. -
