Vinyl Distribution Liaison

This is a Part Time Job

Responsibilities and Deliverables

•Manage and coordinate shipment of 50-count boxes of records from office/ware- house to West Coast distributor
•Write up records and create accurate essential distribution materials including pack-
ing slips and bills of lading
•Serve as primary liaison to distributor salesperson, maintaining clear communication channels
•Oversee shipping operations from both office location and pressing plant
•Manage inventory backlog and coordinate ongoing shipment schedules
•Create promotional and marketing materials to support distribution efforts
•Coordinate logistics between office, pressing plant, and distributor locations
•Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison work with distributor and sales team

Qualifications

•Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle and manage 50-count boxes of vinyl records
•Documentation Skills: Experience creating packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation
•Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison work with distributor sales team
