About This Position
Our Office Manager / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all guests and a lynchpin for all internal organization. This person will oversee all administrative tasks for our LA office of about 25 people. We are looking for someone who is accountable, responsible, organized, personable, and has an interest in the music and tech industries.
This is an entry-level position to our family and we are actively looking to promote from this role into any area of our company you are interested in or can excel in. For this reason, we are looking for candidates who are ambitious and willing to perform outside of normal day-to-day duties. As we continue to grow, so will the responsibilities of this position.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing general office operations
- Greet and check in guests
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room calendars
- Purchase office supplies and maintain a steady stock
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas
- More tasks as needed…
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience rolling calls and managing email
- Superb people skills
