Head of Digital Strategist and Marketing
At Tribl Records we are redefining what worship music looks and sounds like. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven digital strategist to coordinate our digital mediums and assist our company and artists in reaching specific goals. The digital strategist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.
Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, web, and multimedia savvy. This candidate should be passionate and familiar with the faith-based industry. Ultimately, the outstanding digital strategist should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints, steer Tribl Records' digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital campaigns in line with the heart and goals of the label.
Digital Strategist Responsibilities:
Lead the briefing process and participate in marketing brainstorm sessions with internal teams and partners.
Work with artists and marketing teams to create decks for meetings and presentations.
Provide ongoing support to the digital marketing team by assisting with online advertising campaigns, social media strategy, CRM management, short links, asset management, website updates, and other ongoing initiatives.
Create campaign updates, summaries, and reports and distribute them to internal and external stakeholders.
Co-manage marketing campaigns to elevate Tribl Records' artist's catalog consumption. Including, but not limited to, advertising campaigns, vinyl releases, social media content strategy, and audio/video streaming focused activations.
General office management, including updating and organizing files along with your line manager, checklists, processing, and tracking invoices.
Digital Strategist Requirements:
Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Insightful and perceptive.
Business knowledge.
Deadline driven.
Understanding of web analytics.
Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
