Assistant Post Production Accountant

What You'll Do

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Post Production Accountant to join our New York team. A successful candidate will be organized, analytical, perceptive, and resourceful. This role will be expected to enter accounts payable and purchase orders, process weekly payroll for multiple shows, and work side by side with a key accountant from wrap of principal photography to delivery. Critical skills for the job are prioritizing assignments and asking clarifying questions. This position works from our office near Union Square five days per week.

What You'll Bring

An elevated aptitude for math - bonus points for enthusiasm

Interest in pursuing a Production or Accounting career path

Proficiency in Word and Excel

Prior experience or education in Production or Accounting is a plus, but we'll consider a relevant combination of education and experience

Strong analytical skills and a successful track record of solving problems

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work

Superb verbal and written communication

The salary range for this exempt role is $62,400-$67,600 annually.
