Trevanna Post, a post production accounting firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London, is looking for a productive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join their Los Angeles team as File Clerk/Assistant Accountant Trainee. To succeed in this position, you must be dependable, methodical, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. In addition to maintaining the physical and digital files for numerous film and television productions, you will be asked to research, audit and scan files. We are a company that asks, ''How can we be most helpful?'' and expect everyone on our team to be considerate, attentive, and open-minded.
Prior experience as a file clerk or production assistant in film production or accounting is a plus, but not required. General office skills as well as a facility with Word and Excel is preferred. An applicant should have an interest in pursuing a production or accounting career path. The position would require the employee to report to our office.
