Looking for an upbeat, creative and motivated digital growth hacking ninja for our startup,trendingallday.com. We are a social media influencer news site with a hyper focus around original content. With full production and recording studios on the premises, there's never a shortage of excitement in the #TrendingHouse. We also host music events, team yoga nights and head out on the town together. Not to mention we have a brand new Nespresso and always have a fully stocked fridge.
What You'll Be Doin'
- Working closely with content depatment to properly market and distribute content to target demographics via digital platforms. (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.
- Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs
- A/B testing ideas ALL ideas
- Hyper focusing on Facebook advertising
- Analyzing the data, metrics, and users' feedback
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results
- Prioritizing and Optimizing all content
- Scaling and automating the content growth processes
- Creating viral growth
Who You Are:
- Being data-driven / data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Passionate and relentless in the pursuit of growth
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- A talented multitasker with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- An independent, fast learner
- Obsessed with high results
Requirments:
- 2-4 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns
- Experience driving traffic to original content
- Programming knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of all social media platforms
- Experience with Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), Google AdWords, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Tech Savvy and familiar with a multitude of digital technologies
$17-25 hr DOE. Full time
