DESCRIPTION:
For the first time ever, we've added a mid-cycle slot for our training program designed specifically for Spotify marketing and playlisting, and are currently interviewing candidates for the fall training program starting October of 2025.

Ideal candidates will:
• Have a passion for discovering new music and ways to market
• Possess familiarity with Spotify's playlist ecosystem (editorial, algorithmic, user-generated)
• Offer insights and their own experiences with related media
• Possess great written and verbal skills
• Engage positively in open feedback
• Consistently meet deadlines
• Think outside the box to offer new solutions
Interns who are accepted into the program will:
• Pitch playlist curators
• Curate and manage playlists
• Receive training directly from a senior staff member
• Discover how AI tools are transforming the music marketing landscape
• Learn the ins and outs of research tools custom built by TREND
• Utilize and learn how to analyze tools such as 'Spotify for Artists', Chartmetric, and Artist Tools
• Contribute to major projects and playlisting campaigns
• Maintain growth trackers
• Monitor response rate optimization
• Oversee TikTok Campaign Creator Search

Important Notices:
• The availability of this program is limited.
• Much verbal and written communication is involved. Please possess excellent English skills if applying.
• Our firm requires a minimum of three full days (9:30am-5:30pm) per week, with a preference for four days. A three-month minimum commitment is required for this training program.
• Applicants must have at least one year of college completed.
