Production Coordinator – TV/AV Team | Trailer Park Group

Trailer Park Group is a full-service agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. We combine storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources to market and distribute content for top entertainment studios and major brands. We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator to join our TV/AV team. The Coordinator acts as a link between clients and the agency, ensuring advertising campaigns meet client expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Television Division across all client needs
• Work with editorial, graphics, and production teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Help manage project flow from start to finish with clients and team
• Maintain records/files for all completed and in-progress work
• Manage timelines and due dates
• Search for stock footage
• Book and supervise VO sessions
• Compress and post spots and sizzles to Trailer Park’s FTP for client review
• Handle client communication via email or phone regarding posted spots, new materials, and requests when producers are unavailable
• Oversee the finishing process, from backing up projects to posting and shipping final assets to television networks for broadcast
• Manage large project deliveries with multiple tags, formats, and specifications

Requirements:
• 2 years of related experience in television post-production
• Technical knowledge of video frame rates and file formats
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work long hours, especially under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solver

Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $22 - $25 USD. Additional benefits include unlimited PTO, 401k with company match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and other perks.
