The Strategy team sits at the heart of the agency, providing strategic resource to the agency as well as a full menu of strategy, innovation, and insights services directly to clients.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Strategy Director will contribute to the strategic needs of Trailer Park Group clients. They will also bring new Strategy projects into the group through existing relationships. We are looking for a Strategist who believes the best strategy includes breakthrough consumer insights. This role will diversify the Strategy business in and outside of Entertainment. This individual is entrepreneurially minded with a passion to bring new Strategy, Innovation, or Insights products to existing client relationships – backed by the reputation of Trailer Park Group, and the equity of its growing Strategy & Insights division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive new Strategy business through existing relationships and contribute to opportunities
• Drive new clients in Brand, Tech, Automotive, and beyond Entertainment
• Creative brief development and presentation
• Insight development across primary and secondary research
• Provide adhoc support for Trailer Park Group integrated pitches
• Develop POVs and best practices for entertainment marketing across digital/social
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5 years working on Strategy at an advertising agency or within a new media organization
• Must have existing relationships in or outside of Entertainment to drive new Strategy, Insight and Innovation projects
• Experience working with Millennial, Gen Z targeting clients a plus
• Experience producing creative briefs, go to market strategies, communications and content strategies. Also confident in breaking form and innovating how Strategic information is shared.
• Experience accessing/producing primary and secondary research to surface insights
• A natural fascination with consumer behavior and cultural trends
• A POV on innovating Strategy & Insights industries, and ability to develop new products and services to realize this vision
• Experience editorializing trends in B2B materials a plus
