GENERAL SUMMARY
Trailer Park Group is looking for a Senior Producer to join our growing Gaming division. This candidate is someone who will lead our teams and clients through various mixed media production processes with expert knowledge, collaboration, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and careful attention to detail.
As a Senior Producer, you work closely with creative, account and project management departments in developing and producing Content/TV/Social that bring the creative vision to life while managing costs and adhering to deadlines. Senior Producers are creative partners, responsible for evaluating a project's feasibility, identifying potential pitfalls and finding unique solutions to any production problem. Senior Producers should also have an in-depth understanding of the television production process, as well as strong knowledge of production partners in the advertising industry. This includes directors, music houses, editors, VFX artists, etc. The ability to manage large-scale projects in conjunction with teams from multiple disciplines is key criteria for this role. Senior Producers should be team leaders, mentoring and supporting junior members within the department.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Managing production jobs including but not limited to broadcast, social content, radio, industrial/web video, experiential campaigns, promos / stunts etc.
• Identification and vetting of potential vendor partners
• Research directors, editors, music companies and new media partners to assemble a team that matches the project objectives and creative idea
• Assess ability to execute creative concepts and produce within provided budget and deadline.
• Initiate clear communication and interaction with client, creative teams, Idea Management
• Responsible for negotiating and managing all aspects of schedule and budget.
• Works closely with Business Affairs, Operations, Account, and Project Management from onset of job to completion
• Works closely with Business Affairs and Operational teams regarding legal parameters, contracts, POs, music licensing, estimate management, and talent guidelines and Traffic for network clearance.
• Scope projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget) with Account, Creative and Development teams.
• Works with cost consultants when applicable.
• Facilitates all assets delivered on time, including final masters for trafficking.
• Pursues new ways to contribute to overall agency, within the internal production resources and client profitability
• Works on Experiential / Stunts / Promos as needed.
• Owns any other duties/responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
• Supports Head of Production within the department
WHAT WE NEED

• Familiar with content landscape and trends
• Familiar with content production and workflow
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, organized and eager to learn vendors, and recommends changes that will improve both cost and the perceived value.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
An ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal abilities and have a minimum of 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in an agency (or production) setting.
• Excellent negotiator, communicator and relationship builder
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to offer suggestions and accept feedback, maintaining a positive attitude and professional manner in all situations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and efficiently complete multiple projects to meet shifting needs and deadlines, assembling needed resources
• Coordination and management of outsourced vendors
• Confidence with creative input and contribution
• Understanding of AICP / AICE bids and guidelines
• Strong knowledge of the SAG commercial agreement as well as experience with both celebrity and non-union talent
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Post, CG VFX, Animation, and Graphics.
• Experience working with Experiential teams, Gaming, and influencer talent a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office, G-suite packages including Word, Excel and Project, iCal. Monday.com is a plus.
