RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• This is a remote position
• Support Business Affairs in the daily contract administration of the agency
• Track all contracts, agreements, SOWs for clients and vendors of the company
• Maintain the contracts database and filing system
• Assist Business Affairs in the distribution and completion of template agreements and ensure they are completed fully, distributed and filed
• Assist in all organization of compliance material areas of the agency, including contracts, content security, privacy, and licensing
• Answer questions from internal business partners regarding contract status and terms
• Maintain Business Affairs calendar
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to requests from all levels within the agency
• Strong organization skills
• Studio/Agency/Production background preferred
This position can start part-time. 4 hours a day or 3 days a week.
