Position: Freelance Production Coordinator
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Description:
Dark Burn Creative, a leading entertainment marketing agency specializing in gaming content, is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator to join their Woodland Hills office. This role involves collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-quality gaming trailers and promotions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and team members to finalize projects.
• Oversee timelines, track creative notes, and update project management tools.
• Support producers by following standard procedures and covering for producing staff when needed.
• Facilitate feedback organization, file transfers, and content distribution.
• Maintain schedules and ensure smooth project workflows.
• Document and distribute client meeting notes, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
• Coordinate capture scheduling and requests from internal teams.
• Perform quality control on trailers and videos to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1 year of related gaming experience required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Experience with Jira and Airtable preferred; post-production or video game marketing experience a plus.
• Other: Attention to detail, proactive communication, adaptability, and strong listening skills.
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $21 — $25 USD.
