Art Machine is Trailer Park Group's fully integrated visual design agency, which has created some of the most iconic key art in the history of the entertainment industry.
We're looking for a motivated Digital Asset Coordinator to join our team!
The Digital Asset Coordinator's duties would include, but not be limited to, the assistance in the following areas:
• Downloading stock photography, purchasing stock licenses and providing administrative support for the billing process.
• Managing and distributing the ingoing and outgoing of all client-supplied assets, including securing content and performing monthly inventory audits.
• Maintaining an organized and up-to-date in-house image library.
• Researching and selecting photography for designer usage.
• Serving as the a point of contact to the studios' still photo departments, requesting high-resolution assets from clients when necessary for finishing and final file delivery.
• Assisting our in-house photographer with on-site photo shoot setups as necessary. Previous photo shoot experience is not required.
• Updating Art Machine's website and social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on a weekly basis.
Requirements for the Asset Coordinator role include the following:
• Strong computer skills and understanding of latest operating systems.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors and internal creative teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure delivery of resources for content security.
• 1-2 years experience managing assets in an agency or photo lab environment and/or photography background is preferred.
