Account Executive (Brand)
Trailer Park is the world’s leading entertainment advertising agency, located in the heart of Hollywood. We have a fun, young and fast-paced culture (which we all thrive on), and we are seeking a multi-talented Account Executive with a can-do attitude to join us.
Role
This Account Executive will work under the Account Director on one of our largest accounts to help plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, but predominantly print. This position will also serve the important role of “brand steward” for this account. So the ability to work concurrently and collaboratively with others while meticulously managing the quality control of multiple projects during all stages of creative development is essential.
Responsibilities
• Liaise with a team of art directors, production artists and copywriters to help streamline workflow.
• Interact with clients as a second point of contact.
• Establish meeting and project schedules and maintain on-time accountability.
• Receive, review and distribute art assets for each project.
• Provide administrative support for project setups, purchase order requests and invoice submissions.
• Ensure all resource and budget allocations meet the scope of work for projects outside the retainer.
• Route layouts and color proofs for internal creative approvals.
• Proof all copy for spelling and grammatical mistakes.
• Inspect artwork against established style guides to ensure all layouts match line look requirements.
• Coordinate the production of mockups, boards and decks for client presentations.
• Supervise the delivery process for all completed projects.
Qualifications
• Strong computer skills and understanding of latest OSX operating systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, having forethought to plan ahead.
• Meticulous, result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors and internal creative team.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
• A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
• 3-5 years of related industry experience. Agency experience preferred.
