Paid Intern - Social Media & Digital Strategy

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing / Day to Day Manager / Director of Creative Marketing
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In Person)

We're looking for a creative and driven intern to join our social media team! If you live online, love discovering new trends before they blow up, and are passionate about music, this might be your dream gig.

What You'll Do:
Monitor and analyze performance of content across all platforms
Source and organize content for fan pages and official artist accounts
Track what's trending across digital and social channels
Assist in building reports that help guide creative decisions
Research and pitch ideas for reposts, collabs, and viral moments
Explore emerging platforms and strategize how our artists can use them
Learn the ins and outs of viral marketing and digital storytelling

What We're Looking For:
Passion for music, pop culture, and internet culture
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and whatever comes next
Sharp eye for trends, memes, and fan communities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Curiosity, creativity, and a strategic mindset
