OUR ROLE
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office! As a member of our marketing team, you will help to build and increase TraceMe's social footprint, presence, and impact. You will stay on the pulse of what is happening in the fandom and pop-culture spaces on social media, and use this knowledge to build buzz around TraceMe celeb worlds and programming. Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Manager and working closely with the content and design departments, this role needs a digital native and social media enthusiast with a deep appreciation of data and curiosity for emerging trends and content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide 25% creative (copywriting, social content concepting), 50% publishing and community management (responding to fans, engaging in social conversations, posting on TraceMe owned channels), 15% project management (prepping assets, overseeing links, overall campaign organization, tracking, and reporting), and 10% general marketing services
- Research, create, edit, schedule, and proof social content for TraceMe's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Monitor and engage in conversations with TraceMe's community on social channels
- Ensure that TraceMe branding standards and messaging are maintained across all platforms
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights based on content performance
- Create assets for partner channels that promote TraceMe initiatives and content
- Develop real-time social campaigns and promotions plans around major tent pole events, trends and cultural milestones
- Provide feedback re: competitors, emerging trends, online community activity, and social media tools
- Assist content and marketing leadership in forging strong relationships with digital fan leaders/influencers
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including push notifications and email, from a creative and project management perspective
WHO YOU ARE
- 1 to 3 years of experience creating social media optimized content in a professional setting required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience collaborating with third-party social channels a plus
- Deep interest and knowledge in pop culture, fandom, and fan audiences
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to ghost write for talent as well as establish a TraceMe tone of voice
- A quick wit, sense of humor, and love for emojis
- Data-driven mentality (familiarity with content performance tools a plus)
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work both quickly and independently
- Exceptional team player with a proactive, can-do attitude, and the ability to problem-solve
