Our Role
We're looking for a Content Manager to join our Los Angeles office! As a member of our content team, you will focus on building programming and content plans and strategies for our celebrity clientele. Working closely with marketing and celebrity talent representatives, our ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media with experience in creative development, production, project management, and account management.
What You'll Do
• Oversee all content, editorial, and account management for celebrity talent, including but not limited to: crafting/writing content in voice of celebrity talent
• Devise holistic programming strategy to align with celebrity talent's brand goals and company's KPI'S across a variety of buckets and pillars
• Oversee development and production for content initiatives against strategy
• Manage content budget for assigned talent
• Manage editorial calendars and communicate with key stakeholders
• Use data to make informed decisions to launch new programs and tweak formats to maximize impact and performance
• Liaise closely with Design, Product and Marketing to ensure seamless communication
• Work with talent management and representatives to align content initiatives with artist marketing efforts
• Oversee daily in-app content and publishing, including but not limited to: photo and video, descriptions, and other relevant metadata
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly content efforts and campaigns
• Monitor fan communities to identify and document trendsTalent account management, including but not limited to: day to day communication, regular content and insights reporting
• Manage Content Coordinator(s) if and as assigned
Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years experience in the digital space
• Media, content, or audience development experience
• Strong account management/client relations skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• History delivering quality work on a tight schedule
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Social media knowledge
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Apple Productivity apps
• Management experience preferred
