OUR ROLE
We're looking for a Content Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office! As a member of our content team, you will focus on managing content to nurture and grow fan communities on the TraceMe platform. Reporting to a Senior Content Manager,, our ideal candidate has the ability and maturity to lead daily moderation efforts, content creation and ideation, and campaign management for assigned talent.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate daily content creation and publishing
- Assist with daily in-app content and publishing, including but not limited to:
- Photo and video, descriptions, push notifications, and other relevant metadata
- Manage editorial calendar for assigned talent
- Manage a dashboard of daily activity
- Track production stages and content approvals
- Communicate with Product team around in-app needs
- Research and stay up-to-date on talent activities
- Research content trends and suggest ways to incorporate them
- Monitor communities to identify and document fan response
- Collaborate closely with Design and Marketing for asset creation and promotion
- Work outside business hours if necessary to support talent events
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the digital space
- Media, content, or audience development experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Driven, self-starter who takes initiative
- History delivering quality work on a tight schedule
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic social media knowledge
- Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Apple Productivity apps
- Graphic/Visual design experience a plus
