We are currently hiring for the position of:
SENIOR MANAGER, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & ANALYTICS
TIFF is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & Analytics to lead the delivery layer of our growing digital and data capability. Reporting to the Director, Digital, you will manage a team of three and own the operational execution of TIFF’s data governance, application portfolio, quality assurance, vendor relationships, and AI adoption agenda. This is a people-first leadership role for someone equally comfortable navigating organizational complexity and rolling up their sleeves on delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and develop a team of three – Manager, Application Portfolio; Manager, Data & Reporting; Digital Technology Analyst; Salesforce Administrator – setting direction, removing blockers, and building a high-performance delivery culture.
• Own TIFF’s data governance framework – establishing policies, standards, and accountability structures that make organizational data trustworthy and decision-ready.
• Drive TIFF’s AI adoption agenda – evaluating use cases, coordinating pilots, and building adoption patterns that deliver measurable business impact responsibly.
• Own the application portfolio roadmap – prioritizing investments, sequencing delivery, and making product ownership decisions in close partnership with business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and SaaS partner relationships, including contract oversight and delivery performance, ensuring TIFF receives full value from its technology investments.
• Serve as TIFF’s primary bridge between technology and the business – translating organizational needs into technology priorities and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.

Start date: April 27, 2026
WORK LOCATION:
Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
Weekly in-office requirements:
Minimum 2 days (November to April)
Minimum 3 days (May to October)
Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, data program management, or adjacent roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of data programs – including governance, analytics, and reporting – with hands-on fluency and organizational accountability. Data engineering or architecture experience is not required.
• Proven people management experience; managing other managers is an asset.
• Strong grasp of business analysis, requirements management, and change management principles.
• Track record of managing vendor and SaaS/software implementation cycles from requirements through go-live.
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
