We are currently hiring for the position of:

SALESFORCE CONSULTANT

TIFF: The Market is implementing Salesforce as a strategic CRM platform and is hiring a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to serve as our internal product owner throughout the implementation and early stabilization period. This is a contract, full-time role beginning approximately one month into the implementation engagement. You will partner closely with our implementation vendor to shape configuration decisions, lead internal change management, and then transition to owning platform configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration. This role requires someone equally comfortable driving user adoption and diving into platform configuration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as TIFF: The Market’s internal Salesforce product owner – representing TIFF: The Market’s requirements in all vendor discussions and translating business needs into platform decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with the implementation vendor to guide Salesforce configuration, including objects, workflows, automations, and integrations, ensuring the platform is built to TIFF: The Market’s operational requirements and long-term maintainability standards.
• Lead TIFF: The Market’s internal change management for the Salesforce rollout – designing and delivering user training, driving adoption, and keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce – objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets, flows, validation rules, and reports – to support evolving business needs across the platform lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, working with end users to define, validate, and prioritize requirements in coordination with the implementation timeline.
• Document platform configuration, business processes, and end-user guides to ensure organizational knowledge retention and platform maintainability beyond the contract period.

TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• April 27, 2026 – December 31, 2026

WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to April)
• Minimum 3 days (May to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At minimum, a current Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent current credential).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a production environment.
• Direct experience participating in or leading a Salesforce implementation project from requirements through go-live.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical functions and drive user adoption through structured change management.
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• This position requires being in office on a regular basis.

Nice to Haves:
• Experience in an arts, culture, or nonprofit environment.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
• Formal change management training or certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
