We are currently hiring for the position of:
NOIR CONCIERGE
Reporting to the Manager, Membership Experience, the Noir Coordinator is responsible for providing TIFF's top-level Noir Members support to plan their Festival experience and deliver benefits. They will implement unique servicing on the road to TIFF 50 with a focus on high-touch stewardship. As an ambassador for TIFF, they will be the face of the organization for some of our most engaged Members. TIFF Noir is an invitation-only Membership which offers premium access and servicing both during the Festival and year-round. This includes concierge ticket service, in-seat service and hooding, and invitations to private events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead administrative responsibilities of Noir concierge servicing, including but not limited to; preparing pitch packages and gift agreements for new and renewing Members; organizing and delivering internal ticketing orders; packing and shipping couriered materials; and completing account audits.
• Deliver concierge servicing in the lead-up to TIFF 50, including personal outreach to help curate Noir Members’ schedules based on their taste and interests.
• Develop high-quality stewardship touch-points through in-person, email, and phone; and provide instruction to fellow colleagues on how to execute these points of contact with their own stakeholders.
• Support planning, purchase orders, and execution for in-person engagement initiatives, including the Festival welcome packages and on-site servicing.
• Support outreach to new and in-renewal Noir Members by email and phone to facilitate the sale of their Membership.
• When required, provide courteous & timely service to all current, new, renewing and prospective Members via email and telephone, in addition to recording responses in support of the broader Loyalty & Engagement team.
• Facilitate requests to Advancement Operations for account fixes, and list pulls, prioritizing data integrity.
• Communicate and liaise with departments including: Philanthropy, Visitor Experience, Ticketing Services, Festival/Venues Services, Industry, Corporate Partnerships (incl, Events / Hospitality) and others as required.
JOB GRADE & SALARY:
• Contract Full-Time
• $22.00 / hour
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• June 2 - September 14, 2025
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to April)
• Minimum 3 days (May to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in concierge or high-end guest services and/or;
• Experience in Customer Service environments and/or;
• Experience with donor stewardship or Membership programs;
• Service-oriented and friendly, with an ability to organize tasks and demonstrate reliable execution
• In office requirements up to 5 days per week in the lead up to the September Festival
• Must be available or flag schedule limitations during weekends in August, which may be required for support during Member ticket pre-sales and other Festival preparation tasks.
