We are currently hiring for the position of:
MARKET FILM DELIVERY COORDINATOR, FILM & DIGITAL PRINT SERVICES
Reporting to the Manager, Film & Digital Print Services, the Market Film Delivery Coordinator supports the scheduling, coordination, and operational delivery of Market Screenings across multiple venues, organizing the receipt and movement of theatrical content to service the needs of Programmed and Market theatrical screenings.
The Market Film Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of screening operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, requiring exceptional organization, diplomacy, multitasking, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
Film Delivery Coordination:
• Coordinate and maintain film deliveries for Market Screenings across multiple venues and screening rooms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Process and manage delivery inquiries from Sales Agents, Distributors, Producers, and other Market clients
• Support Market Screenings based on availability, operational requirements, and client priorities
• Track and manage scheduling changes, conflicts, and updates in real time, ensuring all stakeholders are informed promptly and accurately
• Maintain organized records of bookings, technical requirements, screening materials, and client communications
Operational & Technical Coordination
• Act as a key liaison between Film & Digital Print Services, the Market Screenings team, film print sources, labs, technical & projection teams, and FDPS drivers
• Maintain a smooth delivery schedule of films that ensures they are properly tested and ingested in cinemas in advance of their screenings
• Support the centralized coordination of screening operations during the Market and escalate issues to appropriate internal teams as required
• Maintain organized operational records and communications to support smooth screening execution across all venues
Client Services & Relationship Management
• Provide professional, responsive, and diplomatic support to a wide range of clients, including major studios, sales agencies, distributors, producers, and independent participants
• Build strong working relationships through clear communication, discretion, and excellent customer service
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information or high-profile clients
Administrative Support
• Support the department with administrative and operational coordination as required
• Data entry and maintenance
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
• Other duties as required

TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• August 10, 2026 - September 18, 2026
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Post-Secondary education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, scheduling, or event support role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge/familiarity with theatrical and online screening formats
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to respond to real-time changes under tight deadlines
• High Proficiency with spreadsheets in Google Docs
• Experience with relational databases (for example, Artifax) is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure in live event environments
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to be on-site across multiple venues during Market execution
• This position requires being in office on a regular basis
