We are currently hiring for the position of:
Manager, Hospitality - FT
Reporting to the Director, Event Experience & Hospitality this position is responsible for the management of our Hospitality Partnerships accounts including Hotels, Restaurants and Event Partners as well as providing support to the Event Sales team by managing incoming event inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
• Maintain partner renewal rate of 80% and an upsell rate of 15% across portfolio average as set out in the annual Performance Agreement across the portfolio
• Support meetings, idea generation, contract negotiation and management of all Hospitality Partners, including all internal TIFF meetings that require a representative of the Hospitality programme. Work with various departments throughout TIFF to implement
• Create, recommend, and oversee the development of unique and exciting promotional initiatives to enhance partners’ involvement. Bringing additional value to TIFF and the partner seasonally; with specific focus on opportunities outside of the September Festival.
• Ensure that legally binding documentation exists to reflect all mutually agreed upon terms of the partnerships, maintaining a clear and consistent paper trail of all conversations or negotiations with partners outside of the contract.
• Ensure all terms of partnership agreements are fulfilled and that the highest level of professional account service is delivered per the Partnership team Mission and Vision statements and grading model including analysis packages (“Summary Reports”) are prepared and distributed to each partner in a timely fashion (deadlines as assigned).
• Management of the Hospitality email, responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional fashion (within 48 business hours)
• Successfully tracking of all internal and external requests for the Hospitality Program, including reporting, contra bookings and reservations
• Gathering and managing all contracted assets, collateral and venue information and menus from our partners
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities. Actively collaborating with each partner throughout the year.
• Supporting the Event Sales department with incoming and outgoing event inquiries
• Other duties as assigned
CONTRACT DATES:
• March 3, 2025
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Hospitality sales experience, combined with professional team management and account relationship management
• Strong persuasive negotiating skills and ability to diplomatically work with all stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of the Entertainment District Food & Beverage and Events industries.
