Loyalty & Operations Representative (12 months)

We are currently hiring for the position of:
Loyalty & Operations Representative (12 months)
Reporting to the Manager, Advancement Operations, the Loyalty & Operations Representative will be responsible for ongoing data entry, reporting, and system maintenance for the Advancement Department with a focus in gift appeal administration, processing, recognition, and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Maintain integrity of Advancement data in Ticketing and CRM systems (Raiser's Edge, Archtics, Mail Chimp)
• Assist with data audit queries and coordinate auditing
• Respond to Advancement service emails with troubleshooting solutions
• Setup, and adjust as needed, Raiser's Edge functions (Queries, Exports, Mail) for receipting, and acknowledgement letters
• Compliance with CRA rules and guidelines for tax receipting, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Donor Bill of Rights and AFP Code of Ethical Principals and Standards
• Adhere to TIFF and HR policies and guidelines
Minimum Requirements
• Passion for data management and organizational effectiveness
• Proficiency in a fundraising CRM i.e. Sales Force, Raiser's Edge
• Excellent critical thinking, trouble-shooting, and attention to detail
• Creative and out-side the box thinker who can see detail as well as the big picture
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communications skills, tact and judgment
• Commitment to feedback, initiative, professional development, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Code of Conduct and Donor Bill of Rights
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
• Additional tasks as assigned
Contract Dates
• Dec 10, 2018 – Dec 31, 2019 with possibility for extension
