We are currently hiring for the position of:
Coordinator, Ecommerce Merchandising
Reporting to the Director, Digital & Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator will support the development and implementation of a variety of merchandising, marketing, and advertising campaigns, focused on building TIFF’s brand, TIFF Shop visibility, and supporting year-round and Festival programming
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
• Managing new product uploads, collection builds, product detail maintenance, cross-selling opportunities, and promotional activities of TIFF ecommerce site (shop.tiff.net).
• Monitoring inventory, in store sales, and product availability to ensure that online product availability is accurate.
• Implementing all backend updates to shop.tiff.net template.
• Collaborating with the TIFF Shop Buyer and Director of Ecommerce on 365 merchandising and integrated marketing plan for TIFF Shop ecommerce site; implementing plans across marketing channels.
• Preparing campaign briefs and asset requests for internal teams; managing timelines and coordinating development of asset deliverables (e.g, preparing email marketing briefs and coordinating with Marketing & Editorial teams on copy, approvals, and deployment support)
• Ensuring all audience-facing materials have been reviewed internally and approved by stakeholders to ensure brand and marketing standards have been met.
• Implementing best practices for managing SEO, creative assets, inventory, and/or pre-orders.
• Reporting on Ecommerce performance including KPIs, inventory management, and campaign performance, providing data-driven insight on customer shopping behaviours and trends.
• Ownership of online fulfillment (ship outs and pick ups) during Festival period
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• Targeted Start DateL March 9th, 2026
• Posting Deadline: February 20th, 2026
• Contract End Date: December 31, 2026
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to May)
• Minimum 3 days (June to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• A post-secondary degree/certificate in marketing, business, or communications (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years marketing or retail/ecommerce experience, with a focus on execution of integrated marketing & sales campaigns
• Experience working with Shopify strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in an arts & culture and/or film environment is considered an asset
• Previous experience working with cultural community outreach is considered an asset
