We are currently hiring for the position of:
DIGITAL COORDINATOR, MARKET
Reporting to the Director Digital, Market the Digital Coordinator, Market will support the day-to-day publishing, maintenance, and optimization of TIFF’s websites, focusing on TIFF: The Market while also providing occasional support to Tiff.net. This role focuses on website content production and implementing updates within customer facing systems, ensuring accurate page layout, accessibility compliance, and strong user experience across market, festival and year-round deliverables and programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
• Managing digital content updates and changes for TIFF’s website, registration systems, and networking platform. Track requests and process through Trello
• Build and format webpages within TIFF’s CMS environment, using HTML/CSS where required
• Assisting in all required front-end content updates, page builds, image crops and other digital content maintenance as it relates to TIFF: The Market and tiff.net
• Performing QA on all web updates to ensure content accuracy, usability, and that operational standards are being met
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams on creation for web assets
• Ensuring online production aligns with and supports TIFF: The Market’s digital strategy and brand toolkit
• Ensuring online environments meet AODA and SEO requirements through regular audits and undergoing routine “digital hygiene” tasks
• At times, support digital advertising placement, scheduling, and integrations across tiff.net and TIFF: The Market environments
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• Target start date: April 2026
• Target end date: September 30th, 2026
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to April)
• Minimum 3 days (May to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• A post-secondary degree/certificate in Digital Media, Web Design/Development, Digital Production or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in web content production, CMS publishing, or digital platform management.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting and layout adjustments required
• Proficient knowledge of website best practices as they relate to page layout, SEO, search, keywords, and creative imagery
• Experience working with Contentful or another CMS platform preferred
• Understanding of SEO, metadata and website content structure.
• Clear understanding and familiarity with AODA/WCAG standards and compliance
• Experience with image editing with Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ad Space
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and Trello
