We are currently hiring for the position of:
MANAGER, ACCOUNTS AND CLIENT SUCCESS
The Manager, Accounts and Client Success plays a key role in the creative development, planning, and execution of partnership programs that deliver meaningful results for clients and drive revenue for TIFF. This role oversees a portfolio of mid- to high-level corporate partner accounts, ensuring service excellence, revenue growth, and alignment with organizational objectives. Annual revenue target: $750,000–$1,000,000.
Reporting to Sr. Manager, Partnerships, Accounts and Client Success
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management
• Strategic planning and day-to-day oversight & project management of corporate partner accounts to maximize revenue and ensure financial sustainability.
• Fulfill all terms of partnership agreements while delivering the highest level of client service.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure all program elements meet client objectives and brand standards.
• Achieve renewal and upsell targets annually by identifying and presenting new partnership opportunities that add value for TIFF and partners.
• Provide regular updates, action plans, and post-program analysis, including mid- and end-program reviews and Festival post-mortems.
• Proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Support the Senior Manager in managing high-level corporate partner accounts.
Client & Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Head of Business Development & Partnerships, Senior Director, Senior Managers & client agencies to develop proposals and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships New Business team to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service for new partners.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, events, and production teams to align campaign assets and experiences with brand guidelines.
• Support organic client growth by identifying incremental business opportunities.
• Act as the Partnerships team representative/liaison to other TIFF departments to enhance and execute cross-departmental revenue streams
Administrative & Festival Support
• Assist with business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, budgets, invoicing, forecasts, reports, and surveys.
• Manage multiple priorities across accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Provide on-site partner support during the Festival and year-round events to ensure seamless execution and positive partner experiences.
• Complete administrative and reporting duties as required
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• February 9, 2026 – September 23, 2027 Maternity Leave Contract
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to April)
• Minimum 3 days (May to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full-time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Flexibility (hybrid, evenings/weekends during events)
• Overtime hours expectations during peak periods (e.g., Festival season)
