We are a Santa Monica-based integrated production company that focuses on content and experience. We partner with major agencies and work with some of the most sought-after big-name brands.
Must be a detail-oriented team player who has strong communication and project management skills, as well as someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
CREATIVE COORDINATOR JOB DUTIES:
-Assign and delegate work to freelancers and internal creative team
-Communicate with and update the team on treatment progress, including the EPs and Directors
-Coordinate individual treatment teams (pair Directors with freelance writers and visual researchers)
-Oversee and maintain the creative process when external help is hired
-Provide editorial assistance during the treatment writing process, often involving proofreading or polishing text and pitching ideas (Candidates should have strong grammar and writing skills, both technical and creative. Writing samples will be requested).
-Occasionally provide junior design assistance (making revisions directly in Adobe InDesign, Keynote, Google Slides, and sometimes performing and organizing visual research to supplement need).
-Manage several duties at once and assure that the most important projects are continually moving forward.
CREATIVE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assists with the execution of visual & written treatments
-Creates treatment plan, manages expectations, tracks job
-Supports and schedules staff of the Creative Services Department
-Primary liaison with directors, Experience division, and Executive Producers
-Collaborates with EPs to evolve the treatment process
-Maintains and tracks budgets for each project
DESIRED SKILLS:
-College degree
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Base knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Keynote, or at least eager to learn
-Prepared to commit to working long hours and weekends
-Assertive and takes ownership
-Scrappy, resourceful, and relentless in trying to find solutions
-Able to troubleshoot problems, but also knows when to ask for help
-Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities under deadlines and pressure
-Creative with the ability to think innovatively.
-Able to function effectively as part of a team
