The Executive Assistant will support the founder and CEO of Tongal. This individual should have a general interest in entertainment, content production, content strategy and deal-making. The ideal candidate should also be interested in the intersection of technology, media, and entertainment that result in new business opportunities which create additional streams of revenue for Tongal and our clients.
What You'll Do:
Effectively manage high-volume calendar, including setting, re-scheduling, and confirming multiple meetings, and conference calls.
Handle internal and external requests for time amid scheduling changes and shifting priorities.
Create and maintain pitch decks, outreach materials, and provide market research when needed.
Work directly with our consultants to set, track, and follow up on new business meetings.
Take detailed notes in meetings and on calls.
Arrange travel plans, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and arranging transportation to and from airport to locations.
Collect business-related receipts, process, and submit expense reports / credit card reports when necessary.
Work collaboratively internally and externally as necessary with all levels of personnel, clients, and business associates.
Perform other varying personal and professional administrative tasks, as needed.
Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 1-year previous experience supporting an executive(s) at a talent agency.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps. Proficiency in Canva is a plus.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Have a knowledge of and passion for new media, pop culture, entertainment, and emerging trends.
Exhibit strong and effective written and communication skills. Must have professional email and phone etiquette.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Must be an excellent multi-tasker and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines and have proven problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changes and make decisions with informed discretion.
Highly flexible, team-oriented, and collaborative with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy and be able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
Dependable and proactive and able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
