Required:
• 1+ year(s) of assistant experience
• Understanding of all social media platforms
• Strong traditional & creative writing experience
• Must have a functioning laptop
-Strong communication skills
Preferred:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business
-Interest and passion for visual arts
Job Duties:
Calendar coordination
Assisting with various art projects : murals, commercial design, custom paintings, photoshoots
Helping manage and organize studio
Event coordination
Assisting and organizing exhibitions
Email correspondence
PR - contacting magazines, galleries, venues, PR PPL, collaborations
Assisting with travel arrangements, personal appointments and personal tasks
Email follow-ups for clients
Estimate negotiations
Attending and networking at special events
Press kits and promotional materials
Skills:
Understanding of the visual art world
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Powerpoint Presentations
Dependable and punctual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work from the studio, home, office in Chatsworth and office in Studio City
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
Strong attention to detail
