ENTERTAINMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Toberoff & Associates, a sophisticated boutique entertainment litigation firm in Santa Monica, specializing in intellectual property in the entertainment and tech industries, is seeking a highly motivated associate with at least 6-8 years of solid litigation experience.

The firm has extremely high-profile cases involving famous entertainment matters and clients and challenging copyright/trademark issues.

Candidates must have very extensive litigation experience in both Federal and California courts, strong writing skills, and high academic credentials from a top-20 law school.

The firm offers competitive salaries, a bonus program, and great health benefits. Journal experience and judicial clerkship are a plus.
