DESCRIPTION:

ENTERTAINMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

A sophisticated boutique litigation firm in Santa Monica, specializing in intellectual property in the entertainment and tech industries, is seeking a highly motivated associate with at least 3 years of solid litigation experience.

The firm has extremely high-profile cases involving famous entertainment matters and clients and challenging copyright/trademark issues.

Candidates must have:
• Very extensive litigation experience in both Federal and California courts
• Strong writing skills
• High academic credentials from a top-20 law school

Journal experience and judicial clerkship are a plus.
