TMZ is looking for a creative and energetic Director to lead and grow the TMZ Tours. Marketing skills are essential to the role -- the Director is responsible for reaching out to customers and sponsors through direct contact and social media to fill our busses, secure sponsors and develop new experiences.
The Director will also lead content creation, business strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of TMZ's tour business
* Supervise operations, sales, marketing and staff functions
* Oversee, train and manage Tour staff
* Create and execute marketing campaigns
* Develop new Tour franchises in both L.A. and other cities
TITLE AND COMPENSATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $110,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
