We are currently seeking a Full Time Marketing Assistant. As part of the Marketing Department, employee will perform graphic design, video editing, and more. The goal is to promote the company brand name and image in a variety of print and electronic media. The employee will fulfill Marketing duties of all kinds as specified by the supervisor. Following is a list of possible tasks, plus a list of desired software skills.
Responsibilities:
TMB Literature: Design, generate, and update TMB literature. Adapt vendor literature to TMB format.
Printed artwork: Create artwork for labels, signage, and other printed materials.
Advertising: Design or update advertisements for print and electronic media.
Tradeshow: Generate booth plan drawings and booth graphics incl. signage, banners, CAD drawings, video reels
Tradeshow Assistance: Coordinate with team members to provide proper services at events, including electrical, floor covering, lead retrieval systems, and more.
Photography: Produce and edit high-quality photography of product and events.
Video editing: Create and edit videos for various uses.
TMB website: Content creation and updates. Facilitate ongoing projects.
Social media: Maintain company profile on major social media sites, incl. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
TMB Intranet: Content creation and updates.
Pricing: Develop user-friendly pricing formats.
Business forms: Create and edit for print and electronic media, internal and external.
Graphics support for Product Development: Produce artwork required for product branding, packaging, and promotion.
Graphics support for TMB Tech: Customer labeling, stencils, vector graphics.
All duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Desired software skills:
Video Editing with Adobe Premiere and Motion Graphics with After Effects.
Adobe creative suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
2D and 3D CAD: Sketchup, AutoCAD, or Vectorworks.
Familiarity with MailChimp, or a similar email distribution platform.
Web updates with WordPress.
