Title: Weekend Fan Support Specialist (Remote Optional)
Work Hours: Saturday OR Sunday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST
Reports To: Fan Support Manager
About The Position:
As our Fan Support Specialist, you will be part of a growing team that is building the most exciting live event technology company on the planet. You will report directly to the Fan Support Manager, and work to solve problems and deliver the highest caliber of service to our fan base. We are looking for reliable individuals who can work either Saturday and/or Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM PST, as well as availability during the week (Monday-Friday) for occasional coverage. This is an entry-level position that could lead to full-time opportunities with Tixr.

You love to take on new challenges. You have an interest in the live event industry, whether it be music festivals, themed attractions, lifestyle, e-sports, artist tours, or nightclubs. You enjoy working with a close-knit team. You are comfortable in a high growth environment where change is the norm. You are highly organized and a master problem solver. You are great with people and enjoy helping customers solve problems.
Responsibilities:
Field customer service inquiries on the weekend in a professional manner;
Act as liaison between event fans (ticket buyers) and the Tixr team;
Stay current with all Tixr features and processes as a product expert;
Wear various hats and work on special projects as-needed;
Required Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in a customer support role;
Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor;
Passion and appreciation for technology, design, and live events;
Enthusiasm for problem solving and providing exceptional customer service;
