We are currently hiring for an OFFICE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, go-getter, with a ''roll up your sleeves'' mentality. Must have a strong desire to work in operations and entertainment marketing.
Applicants should be available to work Monday - Friday from our offices in Burbank.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Assist with administrative tasks
· Keep inventory of office supplies
· Greet visitors and clients
· Answer phones and roll calls
· Process expense reports
· Handle team lunches and dinners
· Ensure office runs smoothly
· Planning company events and client gifts
· Assist the CEO with calendar management
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
· Highly organized creative thinker with strong problem solving abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong scheduling skills and comfortability with last-minute changes · Thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with an optimistic approach to work and life
· Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative
· High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
· Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS/BA degree or +1 years of experience
· Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle
· Availability to work 40 hours per week from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm, over time as needed
· Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in the entertainment industry
· Prior office management experience
· Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
